Features of this plant include the following: Virgin Aggregate System: Portable Stansteel (5) Bin Cold Feed System – Four (4) 9’ x 13’ Bins + One (1) 8’ x 13’ Bin Cold Feed System with 24” wide x 7’ long feeders, 3HP drives and a nominal 30” wide integral collecting conveyor with a 7.5HP drive motor on a bi-folding head section. Full length walkway across all bins. Nominal 3’-7”’ x 7’ Single Deck Virgin Aggregate Scalping Screen with a 3HP motor feeds a Peerless Portable 30” wide belt x nominal 58’ long Virgin Scale Conveyor with belt scale and 7.5HP motor on a single axle suspension. Drum: Portable Stansteel Model #DM732R 250TPH rated Parallel Flow Drum. 7’ dia x 42’ long shell with gravity chute feed type. Gear driven with 75HP motor. The burner is a Hauck ES-100 currently burning #2 fuel. Fuel Strainer and 2HP Fuel Pump included on gooseneck. Unit also includes a recycle entry collar, support stands to grade, and a tandem axle suspension. Baghouse: Stationary Stansteel Model #12AB-576-15 Pulsejet Baghouse Factory rated up to nominal 67,000 ACFM. Baghouse includes 576 top mounted 5’ dia x 15’ long bags @ 11,313 sq. ft. cloth equipped with venturies. Single auger bottom feeds a fines blower for dust removal back to drum. Backward inclined exhaust fan with a single 250HP motor. Damper and remote control included. AC System: One (1) Hy-Way HeaTank Model #30L HTT Portable 30,000 Gallon Direct Fired/Coiled Split AC Tank. Split compartment design – 15,000/15,000. Fully insulated and wrapped with a metal skin. Platform with railings for accessing the interior inspection ports. The tank features an on-board 20HP 3” Unloading Pump and Metering System on a tandem axle suspension. One (1) CEI Stationary 30,000 Gallon Coiled Only Split AC Tank. Split compartment design – 15,000/15,000. Fully insulated and wrapped with a metal skin. Side wrapped ladder for accessing the interior inspection ports. One (1) 15,000 Gallon Stationary Burner Fuel tank. Heatec Model #HFP-100R Pre-Heater. Recycle System: Stationary Stansteel Single Bin RAP System consisting of one (1) 9’ x 13’ bin with a nominal 30” wide x 12’ long feeder conveyor with a 7.5HP motor. Bin includes a Grizzly, Vibrator, and Bin Extension. Feeds into a Herman Grant RAP Breaker with twin perforated rolls with two (2) 7.5HP motors. Stationary Truss style Recycle Feed Conveyor with Belt Scale and Gravity Take Up. Silo System: Two (2) Stansteel 200 Ton Capacity Insulated Storage Silos. Square Batchers and fully welded frame and support legs. Both silos include Electric Cone Heat and Gate Heat, High- and Low-Level Indicators, Ceramic Cone Liners 8’ up silos, and Enclosed Cone. Dual clam gate discharge. Safety Gates. Stationary Stansteel nominal 86’ long Drag Slat includes 7” tall x 27” wide flat bar slats on a single strand roller chain with 6” pitch. Electric Floor Heat and Reject System. Nine (9) Floating Idler Shafts. Stationary Stansteel Bintop Transfer Conveyor with Electric Floor Heat and a Chrome Carbide Floor. Nominal 30” wide x 14’ long. Electronic above ground concrete Truck Scale measures nominal 10’ wide x 80’. Controls: Portable Single Level Control House with heating and air conditioning.
