Barber Greene 200TPH Stationary Parallel Flow Drum Plant Parallel Flow Drum Plant: Four (4) Stationary Cold Feed Bins: nominal 10’ x 14’ cold feed bins. Each bin features 24” x 8’ belt feeders with Dodge TXT Reducers. Bins feed onto a 3’ x 6’ Scalping Screen. 24”W stationary virgin feed conveyor, with a belt scale, gravity takeup, and heavy duty truss type frame. Parallel-flow Drum: The Drum is nominal 7’ diameter x 30’ overall length and is trunnion driven, and also includes a gravity type inlet chute. The Burner on this Dryer is a Hauck Model SJO-4360A with 75HP blower. Combo fuel burner currently setup on Natural Gas. Pulsejet baghouse: 9,156 sq/ft of Cloth @ 47,000 CFM, Single 150HP Exhaust Fan with outlet control damper, as well as 5HP dust removal auger. AC System: Stationary 10,000 Gal AC Tank that is direct fired. Cradle mounted design that is fully skinned and insulated. 3” plant supply pump also comes with this system. Silo Storage System: One (1) 100T exposed cone silo, and one (2) enclosed cone nominal 120T silo, with Standard Havens 36” nominally rated 250 TPH main slat conveyor, floating type idler bearings, and dual ladders to top of Silos. Dual chain 4” Pitch Slat style Bintop Conveyor, with oil floor heat, and 25HP Drive package. Steel 10’ W x 66’L electronic truck scales. Recycle System: Ceaco 8’ x 12’ RAP Bin with Grizzly. 36” x 18’ feed belt with 10HP AC drive package. Single deck 3’ x 6’ Scalping Screen, as well as 24” x 60’ conveyor also included.
