This refurbished SB2500D s/n 1246 has had a PREMIUM REBUILD. ALL WEAR ITEMS HAVE BEEN REPLACED! It’s ready for your next job!

· All functions are fully operational. Machine was fully cleaned (inside & out)

· Complete Service (All Filters, Oils, /Lube, Air) have been done. Two NEW Batteries.

· Headshafts and Footshafts inspected. C3 Headshaft and Tailshaft replaced.

· Idlers Shafts (C1, C2, C3) are NEW.

· All C1, C2 and C3 Chains are NEW

· All C1 and C2 CAST Augers are NEW.

· All C1, C2, C3 Chain Sprockets are NEW.   

· ALL C1, C2, C3 Side, Floor, & Auger Liners NEW.              

· C1 & C2 & C3 Bearing are all NEW (Inner & Outer FS & HS , Also, all Idler Bearings)

· The unit has DIRECT DRIVE no transmissions.

· The tires inspected and in good condition.

· New Fumex hoses installed.

· Gear Boxes – magnetic plugs pulled and inspected for metal – ALL GOOD.

· Paint has been touched up. Anti-Skid is NEW on platforms.

· Data Plates replaced for operator visibility & convenience.

· Safety Decals re-installed.

· C1 Casters are NEW and Skid Runners are NEW

· C1 Baffle Rebuilt (Slides and Bearings)

· Cylinders, cylinder pins and bushings inspected.

· Truck Dump Hopper – Skid Runners replaced both sides. Oscillating Push Rollers were inspected and in good condition. Truck hitch functional.

· All Rubber Flashings C1, C2, C3 inspected and replaced if necessary.

· All Canvas and Vinyl covers replaced.

· Clean-out doors and inspection hatchs all operational. C3 COD replaced.

· All handles, locks, and doors functional or replaced.
